1. About MoyGo

MoyGo is operated by Moy Dev LLC. MoyGo is an in-car mini-store available to passengers in rideshare vehicles. Through our platform, you can purchase eSIM plans, physical SIM cards, and travel accessories directly from your ride.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MoyGo website and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

3. Products and Services

MoyGo offers the following types of products:

  • eSIM Plans — Digital SIM plans delivered instantly via email with a QR code for activation.
  • Physical SIM Cards — Prepaid SIM cards handed to you directly during your ride.
  • Accessories — Cables, power banks, earbuds, and other travel essentials delivered in-car.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the total amount.

5. Delivery

Physical products are handed directly to you during your rideshare trip. eSIM plans are delivered digitally via email immediately after payment. MoyGo does not offer home shipping or mail delivery.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Please review our Refund Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

MoyGo and Moy Dev LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the MoyGo website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Moy Dev LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
