In-Car Delivery

MoyGo is an in-car mini-store. Physical products are delivered directly to passengers during their rideshare trip. There is no home shipping, mail delivery, or pickup option available.

eSIM Plans — Digital Delivery

eSIM plans are delivered digitally. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing a QR code. Scan the QR code with your eSIM-compatible device to activate your plan. Delivery is instant — typically within seconds of payment confirmation.

Physical Products — Immediate Handoff

Physical products such as SIM cards, cables, power banks, and accessories are handed directly to you by the driver during your ride. No additional shipping time or costs apply.

Delivery Confirmation

For eSIM plans, delivery is confirmed when the QR code email is sent to your provided email address. For physical products, delivery is confirmed at the point of handoff during the ride.

Issues with Delivery

If you did not receive your eSIM QR code email, please check your spam folder. If the issue persists, contact us and we will resend your activation code.
